#4 Common Mistakes in Customer Service
Common mistakes in customer service in Thailand is Taxi meter because of Taxi always choose the customer such as they will get the foreigner to the car and so on. So, many problem have on Taxi but sometimes it have a situation ex. no more energy, no time because they will send the car to company.
First, the mistakes of Taxi meter is action and utterance of the driver sometimes if the driver doing the bad thing to customer it will destroy customer feeling and many time the driver will going this because of traffic jam and so on.
Second, no more energy this situation always see in the town because of the customer want to go far and the energy of the car can't enough then it a mistakes of customer service. So, Sometimes no more energy between on the way some of driver will send the customer there and this is a big mistakes in customer service.
Third, no more times ex. of the taxi driver don't get the customer to the car because of they don't have enough time for send the car back. Moreover, sometime the driver don't want to go far because it don't make a profit for them and this is a mistakes in customer service.
